This Addendum governs the use of AI systems including voicebots, chatbots, and conversational automation provided by LinkedIP.

1. NATURE OF AI SYSTEMS

AI systems generate responses using probabilistic models.

LinkedIP does not guarantee:

• Perfect accuracy
• Absence of hallucinations
• Complete contextual understanding

Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving AI outputs.

2. AI DEPLOYMENT ACCEPTANCE

Once an AI solution is deployed and accepted by Customer or placed into production, it shall be deemed accepted.

3. POST-DEPLOYMENT CHANGES

After acceptance, modifications to:

• prompts
• conversation flows
• decision logic
• integrations
• response behavior

shall be considered scope changes and may require Professional Services.

4. THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS

AI services may rely on third-party providers including large language models or speech recognition systems.

LinkedIP is not liable for outages or performance limitations originating from third-party AI systems.

5. DATA PROCESSING

Customer is responsible for ensuring that any data provided to train or configure AI systems complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
