This Professional Services Agreement governs consulting, implementation, integration, configuration, and development services provided by LinkedIP.
1. SCOPE OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Professional Services may include:
• System configuration
• Integrations with third-party systems
• AI deployment
• Call flow design
• Custom reporting
• Platform migration
• Workflow automation
Professional Services are separate from standard support services.
2. BILLING STRUCTURE
Professional Services are billed on a project basis unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Project pricing is determined based on:
• Scope
• Complexity
• Required expertise
• Resource allocation
LinkedIP retains discretion to determine pricing methodology.
3. CHANGE OF SCOPE
Any changes to the originally defined project scope may require a revised proposal or change order.
Scope changes may include:
• New integrations
• Additional workflows
• New automation logic
• Expanded system functionality
4. RELATIONSHIP TO SUPPORT PLANS
Support Plans cover:
• Incident response
• Minor administrative adjustments
• Basic maintenance
Professional Services apply to:
• New features
• Architecture changes
• Platform redesign
• AI prompt redesign
• System restructuring
5. NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS OUTCOMES
LinkedIP does not guarantee specific business results including:
• Revenue increases
• Lead generation performance
• Customer conversion rates
