Broadcasting SMS text messages with Bria Enterprise

NOTE: For this article please make sure your service account is granted with SMS enabled local or toll free numbers and you have a SMS package added on to your account.

Once you have logged in with your credentials in the Bria Enterprise App, you should go to the messages window and click on the B-CASTS button Once there, please follow the steps below to start a new Broadcast

1. Click  New Conversation.

   

   The new conversation window opens.

2. Type the name of a person in Type to add people to a conversation and select them from the list of suggestions when they appear. Type ENTER to select the first suggestion in the list or click it.

   

3. Repeat the previous step to add more people.

4. Click Send a Broadcast.

5. Type your message in Compose Message.

   

6. Click  Send Message.

Bria Enterprise sends a message to the recipients. Replies to broadcasted messages will be received as individual messages of every contact who reply.
