Sometimes, when you make or receive calls from your Bria E mobile app, the following message may appear:
Which basically indicates that the APP doesn't have the required permission to use the microphone of the device from which you are using it. This error usually occurs because, when the app was installed, this permission was denied and it means that the receiver cannot hear you correctly in your calls.
However, fixing this is easy; Below we detail the steps you have to follow to do this (keep in mind that some of these steps may vary depending on the operating system of your device):
1. On your phone go to SETTINGS
2. Now go to PRIVACY & SECURITY
3. Click on MICROPHONE
4. Verify that the Bria Enterprise app has the permission enabled as shown in the image below:
