How to Create Custom Destinations to Forward my Calls

You will need to access first to the PBX portal at https://pbx.linkedip.com with your credentials. If you don't have credentials yet, request them to support@linkedip.com

Follow these steps to create the Custom Destinations:

1. Go to Configuration > Custom Destination to add your mobile number or area code number.

2. Then go to New Custom Destination, in the right side of your screen.

3. You will get this window (see image below). In the 'Type' field you should select 'Forward call to' 

4. After selecting the Type, you will get his (see image below): 

Name, Phone number and Dial timeout are mandatory. 

Name: you should add the name of mobile's owner.

Dial timeout: in seconds, generally twenty nine (29). 

Phone: USA 10 digits phone number.

5. Finally the set up should look like this (this is an example):

Click on 'Save'.
