How to Upload a Voicemail Greeting Audio to my Voicemail

The first thing is to login at https://pbx.linkedip.com with your credentials. If you forgot your login info or do not have credentials yet, please request them at support@linkedip.com. 

Once you have logged in:

1. Go to Configuration > Voicemails and find your box

You can find your voicemail box by navigating the voicemail list or simply by typing it in the search bar as below:

2. Click on your box to edit it, you should see something like this:

3. Scroll down until you find the Greetings section

4. Click on Select file in the Greeting option and choose the audio from your device. Finally click in save.
