How to Forward Calls from My Extension to Another Extension

Go to Configuration/Extensions and search the extension you want forward the incoming call from. 

Then go to 'Additional Destinations' and click on the little square next to  'Unconditional' to activate it

There in the unconditional field, click on the down arrow, see the image below: 

Then scroll down until you find option "Dial + Extension" with the extension you wish to forward calls to; in this case we are looking for xtension 103, then it would be "Dial 103 - Conference Room" as shown in the picture below:

Once completed all steps, proceed to save the changes: scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on save.
