Statistics and call metrics in your business phone system
It is possible to obtain quality KPIs and/or metrics for your call activity as each call is recorder with its unique metrics. These metrics include:
- Who answered a call
- Who missed a call
- Call wait time
- On hold times
- Call duration
Along with other important metrics.
Accessing call metrics
In order to gather access of your call statistics the first important thing to consider is that this information is offered through the PBX portal also called Foncentrix portal (https://pbx.linkedip.com). To access this portal you will have to authenticate your self so if you don't remember or don't have credentials please send us an email to support@linkedip.com and request those for you.
How to check call statistics
Once you are logged in the PBX portal please identify the menu bar with all the available options. Navigate to menu Status and then click on Stats:
Once there you will be presented with a new form. This form needs to be filled with the period of time you need to run an analysis. NOTE: Please consider that standard service plans have a default data retention of 15 days. If you need to increase your retention time please contact us at support@linkedip.com.
Do specify the period of time for which you want to see your statistics and then click on FILTER button:
There will be different tabs for different views of your call analytics. These view include:
- Report activity based on your extensions (Users)
- Report activity based on your local/toll free/international numbers (DIDs)
- Report activity based on the members of your queues (Agent)
- Report activity based on the events when team members were on pause (Agent Pause)
And many other options such as costs, call campaigns (made by the dialer), IVR, Channels and On Hold calls.

For each view you will find an icon on the top right of the view that allows you to export and download the information in Excel/CXV format.
