When a credit card is expired or it's declined it's useful to update the credit card information on file. To update the credit card on file there are several methods that include:
- Requesting a new credit card authorization form or sending the new credit card information by writing an email to support@linkedip.com
- Visiting our website by going to https://www.linkedip.com/submit-a-ticket/
- Calling our Hot Line 18009690164 and offer the information to a customer representative*
- Sending a text message (SMS) to our Hot Line 18009690164*
- Updating the credit card online
(*) Please get yourself ready to identify as an authorized account holder as our representative may need to authenticate you by asking you questions or by sending you a code by email or text.
Updating the credit card information via the Customer Self Care portal
If you want to update your credit card information online please follow these steps:
1. Go to http://customer.linkedip.com/ and login with your credentials. If you don't remember your credentials you may be able to recover it using the email account stored on file; alternatively you can contact our support team by writing to support@linkedip.com or by calling or texting 18009690164.
2. Once you login please identify the Menu tab and then click on Billing Information tab:
3. Identify the Payment Info option on the left menu and click on it:
4. Click on the Edit button
5. Please enter a valid VISA, AMEX, MasterCard credit or debit card information:
Please consult with our support team if you are allowed to use ACH or eCheck methods to withdraw money from your bank account.
6. Once you have updated your credit card go back to the Billing Information menu and identity the Make A Payment button and click there.
Verify the amount to pay and click on Next to follow instructions.
