LinkedIP offers a true peer to peer service. This means we are not in middle and signaling traverse our network just for a little instant and then is redirected to the final destination endpoint. If you have problems with connecting calls you may be filtering or blocking some of our services.
Allowing Ports
The best way is to allow ports, because this way you ensure you accept our traffic regardless of the source address. The following is the list of ports and protocols you should open:
- SIP signaling: 5060 up to 5080 using UDP and TCP
- SIP signaling: 5160 using UDP and TCP
- WebRTC signaling: 8089 using UDP and TCP
- RTP media: 10,000 up to 65,535 using UDP
