To make a conference call through the Cisco Phone you should follow the next steps:

1. Once you have a call already active, go ahead and press the press the more soft key and then the Conf soft key to open a new line and put the first party on hold.

2. Place a call to the other party 

3. When the call connects, press Conf again to add the new party to the call
