How do I configure my CISCO CP 9951/9971 IP Phone?

1. Press the Settings Button
2. Select Administrator Settings
3. Select Ethernet Setup
4. Then select IPv4 Setup
5. Browse with navigation buttons, select Alternate TFTP (Option 8) and set it to ON
6. Set TFTP Server 1 (Option 9) to 209.126.122.59
7. Set TFTP Server 2 (Option 10) to 70.35.204.237
8. Click on Apply.
9. Return to Administrator Settings
10. Select Security Setup
11. Then select Trust List
12. Select CTL File and press 'Erase'.
13. Go back one level and Select ITL File (option 2) and press 'Erase'.
14. If you cannot erase the ITL/CTL File is because it had already been deleted.
