How do I configure my CISCO 7941G/7961G Phone?

Hi all,

Once your phone is correctly connected to the Internet, please follow these instructions:

1. Press the settings button
2. Unlock the phone by pressing the sequence: star star pound (**#). You should see the lock icon now open.
3. Select Network Configuration and then select IPv4 Configuration

4. Browse with navigation buttons, select Alternate TFTP and set it to yes
5. Set TFTP Server 1 to 209.126.122.59
6. Set TFTP Server 2 to 70.35.204.237
7. Click on Save.

8. Then select Security Configuration, which should be the fourth option
9. Choose the option 'Trust List', which should be the fifth option.
10. Then select ITL/CTL File and press 'Erase'.

11. If you cannot erase the ITL/CTL File is because it had already been deleted.
