How to Make a 3 Way Conference Call in XCALLY?

The Agents can manage a 3 way conference call as follows:

1. Start/receive a call:

2. Click on the pause button ( ) and place a new call. 

3. Start the second call, now you can speak with the second recipient only.

So, when you're ready to start the 3 way call, click on the conference button ( ) to add the first call on hold to the conversation.

4. Now the 3 way conference can take place

5. Finally, click on the transfer button ( ) if you want to abandon the conversation and let it go ahead between the two other participants.
