Depending on your type of services, the Customer Self-Care Portal will allow you to activate Call Forwarding for your different phone lines. To do this you just need to follow the steps below:
First of all, go to the Customer Self-Care Portal (Link: https://mybilling.linkedip.com:8444/) and log in with your admin credentials. If you do not have your login credentials, you can request them from the Support Team at support@linkedip.com.
1. Click on IP CENTREX, then go to PHONE LINE:
2. Now click on the CONFIGURE icon ( ) next to the number you want to edit.
3. Within the number configuration you will find again the IP CENTREX section, click there.
4. Now, go to CALL FORWARDING and make sure you set in FORWARD TO the number you want to forward your calls to:
... And you are done. At the end you should click on SAVE to keep the changes.
