How to upload sounds and music on hold files to XCALLY?

This article shows how is possible to upload sounds and music files to be used later on with your XCALLY contact center solution.

Please follow these steps:

1.  Please locate Tools menu on the left side of XCALLY dashboard and click on it:



2.  Once you click on it you will see Sounds submenu:


3. Locate the Upload icon on the bottom right side of the screen:



4. Observe the Upload window and drag and drop the file there or press on Upload button and find your files in your hard drive:
