Configuration of the STUN Server on the XCALLY Networks Settings

From Chrome Version 110.0.5481.78, it is required to configure the STUN Server on the XCALLY Networks Settings to make the WebRTC work properly.

For this, You have the opportunity to use our public STUN servers. Please follow the steps below to perform this configuration:

1. First of all, check which of these STUN is the closest to your location:

• US

  us-stun.xenialab.com:15349

• EU

  eu-stun.xenialab.com:15349

• SEA

  sg-stun.xenialab.com:15349

2. Go to your admin account and go to the "SETTING" section.

3. Click on "NETWORKS" option. 

4. Press the icon  to add a new configuration. 

5. Configure it as follows (using the STUN closest to you) and click on save:
