How to Add Dispositions in Xcally: Quick Guide

Dispositions in Xcally help you tag what happened on a call or chat. Here's how to add new ones:

Find "Tools": On the left sidebar in Xcally, scroll down until you see "Tools".

Click "Dispositions": Under "Tools," click on the "Dispositions" option.

See Your Dispositions: You'll now see a list of all dispositions you already have.

Click "Add": To create a new disposition, click the "Add" button.

Name Your New Disposition: A small window will pop up. Type the name for your new disposition in the box. Then, click the "Add" button in this pop-up window.

Check the List: The pop-up will close. Your new disposition should now appear in the main list.

And that's it! You've added a new disposition in Xcally.
