When you open or log into Xcally for the first time, look for an audio authorization request. This is Xcally asking for permission to use your microphone.
Grant Permission: If you see this request, make sure to allow it.
Check for Warnings (If Permission Was Not Allowed):
- Look for a warning message displayed within the Xcally application.
- Check the dot next to the dialpad (keypad). If it is red, your microphone is likely not allowed.
And the dot next to the dialpad will turn red.
Resolution: If you see the warning or the red dot, please double-check your browser or system settings to ensure that Xcally has permission to access your microphone. You may need to specifically allow it.
