How to change the password of your agents in XCALLY

To change the password of an agent in XCALLY, as ADMIN you must go to STAFF > AGENTS, here you will be able to see all the agents created in your platform:

Click on the icon on the far right of the agent you want to edit and click on “EDIT AGENT”:

When you are inside the agent configuration, in the upper right corner you will find the option “CHANGE PASSWORD” as shown in the following image:

When you click there you will only have to type and confirm the new password of your agent:

Click on SAVE and you are done.

Note: consider that in some cases the system will force your agent to change the password the first time he/she enters.
