When creating Salesforce configurations, by default the field used to compare the value coming from the CallerID is field Phone. But, it's possible to associate a different field to compare CallerID values. To do this please perform these steps:
1. Go to Integrations > Salesforce Accounts.
2. Select your desired Salesforce integration and click on the 3 dots icon ("")
3. Go to Configurations tab and click on your preferred configuration set.
4. Click on the Advanced tab.
5. In 'Additional Search Account' please type the name of the desired or needed field name so XCALLY will compare CallerID. Here is an example:
6. Click on Save.
