π Overview
In Cally Square, a Project is an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) flow. Projects define how callers interact with your voice services: they can guide callers to voicebots or agents, retrieve or insert data from/to a database, and route calls to the required destination (for example, a queue or extension).
In simple terms: A Project is the βcall flowβ that decides what the caller hears and where the call goes next.

β What you can do in Projects
From the Projects section you can manage IVR Projects with single actions or bulk actions:
- Create new IVR Projects
- Edit existing Projects
- Export Projects (when enabled)
- Delete Projects (when enabled)
π Permissions
To manage Cally Square Projects, you must have an Admin role or a user role with Cally Square permissions. If you cannot access Projects or editing options, your account may not have the required permissions.
Tip: If the menu is missing or options are disabled, ask your system administrator to verify your user profile permissions.
β Step-by-step: Create a Project
- Open Cally Square β Projects.
- Click New Project (the blue + button).
- Enter the project details:
- Name
- Description (optional)
- Click Add Project to confirm.
- After creation, find your Project in the Projects list.
π§© Edit & Design Area
To start building your IVR flow:
- Search the Project in the list.
- Click the three dots menu.
- Select Edit Project.
- You will access the Design Area, where you can build your IVR by connecting blocks using a graphical drag-and-drop interface.
Best practice: Use clear naming for Projects (for example: IVR_Support_EN) and keep descriptions updated so your team can identify flows quickly.
