Cally Square

📋 Overview

In Cally Square, a Project is an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) flow. Projects define how callers interact with your voice services: they can guide callers to voicebots or agents, retrieve or insert data from/to a database, and route calls to the required destination (for example, a queue or extension).

Go to: Cally Square → Projects

✅ What you can do in Projects

From the Projects section you can manage IVR Projects with single actions or bulk actions:

• Create new IVR Projects
• Edit existing Projects
• Export Projects (when enabled)
• Delete Projects (when enabled)

🔐 Permissions

To manage Cally Square Projects, you must have an Admin role or a user role with Cally Square permissions. If you cannot access Projects or editing options, your account may not have the required permissions.

➕ Step-by-step: Create a Project

1. Open Cally Square → Projects.
2. Click New Project (the blue + button).
3. Enter the project details:
   • Name
   • Description (optional)
4. Click Add Project to confirm.
5. After creation, find your Project in the Projects list.

🧩 Edit & Design Area

To start building your IVR flow:

1. Search the Project in the list.
2. Click the three dots menu.
3. Select Edit Project.
4. You will access the Design Area, where you can build your IVR by connecting blocks using a graphical drag-and-drop interface.
