Online Meeting does have the ability to transcribe meetings through the Virtual Assistant, but requires you to add the Virtual Assistant to the meetings.
To do this, once you have started the recording, you must click on the Virtual Assistant icon that appears in the top options bar:
Clicking here will automatically start the system recording for transcription purposes. You will know it is active because now, within the Attenders, you will see the Virtual Assistant:
Note: if for any reason you want to stop the transcription, you only have to remove the Virtual Assistant from the meeting:
Once you have finished your meeting, you can go to the meeting information and click on 'View Meeting Transcription' to see the transcript:
The transcription of the meeting will provide time stamps as well as provide Insights for follow up:
Also, the transcription will be sent via email. Meeting Recordings are sent in a separate email.
